Description:
While Prem and Kamini quarrel after he fails to consider her for the post of surgery receptionist, two prodigal sons, Basil and Robert Thomas, return to ruffle the feathers of the village by announcing a grand scheme to tear down the old Trefelin and rebuild the town.
