Chair Fitness is a seated exercise workout for people with limited mobility, seniors, baby boomers and any else who needs to sit exercise and to get fit. What you will need for this workout is a sturdy chair with no arms so you bang your arms, a set of lite hand weights, or use your natural body strength for the resistance segment. The moves are fun, safe and effective to help you get fit.
