Chair Fitness Boxing is a seated exercise workout where you sit box and get fit. The exercise moves in the workout are boxing moves! There are jabs, upper cuts, hooks plus a interval of cardio moves such as seated jump rope, knee lifts, jumping jacks to give you are well rounded cardio workout. This workout is for those with limited mobility or those who need to sit exercise and get fit.
