Using the step moves you've learned in workouts one, and two we'll do a quick warm-up followed by two fun step sections. In this workout we'll begin to add in a few arm variations along with the feet patterns. Only add in the arm patterns once you feel comfortable with the foot patterns. Quick cool down and stretch included. Once you've mastered this workout, move on to Chicago, episode four.
